April Ross

April Ross is one of the few female beach volleyball players to have medals won at more than one Olympics. In Tokyo over the next several days she will attempt to secure her third gold alongside fellow first-time Olympian Alix Klineman. Ross's goal is to win her first Olympic gold medal. As she is 39, this might be her last opportunity to accomplish this. She is still confident but she is not sure. Ross from NBC Boston, said that He was certain that we can be a winner by playing our best. In addition, I'm hoping to have some luck. Ross was born on August 22nd, 1982 in Costa Mesa California. She was raised there by her parents. When she was at Newport Harbor High School, she played in a variety of athletics. In one of the tournaments, she has become an icon of the world of volleyball. The pair was Jennifer Kessy from 2007-2013, and she also served as a coach and Klineman. Her sophomore year was the time she experienced a devastating personal loss but still managed to make it back as an All-American. Over her final two years as a player, she steered the Trojans towards the top of the mountain netting three consecutive championships at the national level. As an individual, she established herself as an all-time legend receiving in 2003 and 2004 the Honda Sports Award as the most outstanding female college volleyball player.
